Cancellation Policy

As we are such a small hotel, it is only fair to others that we make a charge if you are unable to stay and don't let us know in advance. It helps keep the prices down, too, for everyone!

Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, please note the following terms and conditions:

  • Reservations made may be modified or cancelled without penalty up to 11:00am the day prior to arrival (11:00am London time)
  • Reservations made later than 11:00am two days prior to the day of your arrival may not be modified or cancelled without a charge being made to the debit or credit card used to guarantee your reservation.
  • If you fail to cancel and do not show up, you will be charged one nights' accommodation if your booking was for one, two or three nights. If your booking was for four nights or more, you will be charged for two nights' accommodation.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, if your date of doubt, if your date of arrival is on the 4th of the month, for example, the last day which you can cancel without any penalty is the 3rd if the month, 11:00am (GMT). Bookings cancelled, in this example, on the 3rds (after 11:00am GMT), or the 4th of the month will be charged to the credit or debit cards used to guarantee your reservation.

The following policy applies to certain pre-paid room rates
Full pre-payment required. Non-refundable.

Saving of 10% on the Best Available Rate. No change or cancellation may be made after booking the Advance Purchase Rate. The total booking value is payable in advance by credit or debit card at time of booking. If you cancel for any reason, attempt to modify this reservation, or do not arrive on the specified check-in date, total payment is non-refundable.
